Since 2001, Cristina Valdés has focused on assisting clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. Cristina develops long-term relationships with her clients and directs her time and resources towards meeting and exceeding their expectations before, during and after each transaction. This approach has enabled her to work by referral for the last six years because her clients continue to trust and value her services and refer their friends and family to Cristina for the same quality service.

Cristina’s systematic processes take buyers and sellers through each real estate transaction as smoothly as possible. She educates her clients along the way and truly makes them better buyers, sellers and investors. Cristina’s personal experience in education, remodeling and investing in real estate helps her to articulate information that adds value to each transaction and saves her clients’ money.

Living in Austin, Texas for the past thirteen years has been a gift for Cristina and she has worked hard in the community to show her gratitude. She is active in her East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood Planning Team, volunteers through Austin Junior Forum at non-profit organizations who help women, children and the elderly and is a member of FuturoFund and Austin Involved.

Cristina currently lives in Central East Austin with her husband John. They enjoy the close proximity to downtown and Lady Bird Lake and are extremely grateful for all that life in Austin has afforded them.
