A native West Austinite and Texas Longhorn, Courtney Graeber is the Realtor to consult regarding Anything Austin. Courtney’s ten years of real estate experience began in banking, as a Business Banker/ Commercial Real Estate Lender, advising business owners with annual revenues of $1 million to $50 million. While working closely with her banking clients, she listened, learned, and asked pertinent questions about their businesses in order to uncover both their short- term and long- term needs and to identify the appropriate loan structures and financial strategies to achieve their goals. She was an aggressive and savvy negotiator on her clients’ behalf, and she not only guided clients through the process and to the title company’s closing table, but she also successfully serviced and maintained her portfolio of clients and enjoyed multiple transactions and long- term relationships with them as their businesses expanded and evolved.
Courtney’s residential real estate clients enjoy that same driven service, integrity, and results. With her finely honed negotiation skills, Courtney’s clients appreciate her advocacy and sound business advice. For most people, their home is the largest purchase they will make. Courtney understands the emotions that are involved, but she has solvent business experience to ensure that the transaction makes good financial sense for the long- term, and her clients consider her a friend and trusted advisor long after they close on their properties. Because she has remodeled several homes, Courtney is able to advise clients of the costs and risks associated with their own home improvement projects, and she has experience with a large number of local vendors and service providers.
After many years of taking and giving piano lessons, competing most weekends, and performing, Courtney attended the University of Texas at Austin on a prestigious Piano Performance Scholarship. Although she later changed majors and studied Communications and Business, her intense and goal- oriented piano studies (5+ hours a day while growing up) and purposeful competition preparation helped to shape the same focused, intense, and driven methods she utilizes to help her clients achieve their goals.
Courtney and her husband currently reside in West Austin, in the same neighborhood in which she was raised. Between Courtney’s Real Estate Business and her husband’s being the Owner/ Operator of a local Chick-Fil-A restaurant, both share an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for doing business in the Greater Austin community. There are no children yet, but Courtney enjoys walking/ running with her chocolate Labrador, Concerto, and caring for her two cats, Chopin and Beethoven (all of whom are rescue animals). She can be found on Lady Bird Lake’s Hike and Bike Trail, boating on Lake Austin, enjoying live music performances (especially the Austin Symphony Orchestra), dining at local eateries, saltwater fishing (preferably offshore catching tuna), cheering for her beloved Texas Longhorns at sporting events, and appreciating the provenance of fine French antiques.

Courtney did it again! After successfully working with her last year to find a home, at a much lower price than I’d hoped, I hired her again for this year’s real estate transactions. When it comes to presenting offers, she implements a unique strategy that compels sellers to work with her buyers, and vice versa, even when she is requesting fairly deep discounts for her clients. Between her detailed analysis of market values, her sensitivity to timing, and the personal “secret touch” she adds to offer presentations on behalf of her clients, Courtney fosters rapport and harmony with the other party from the beginning.
