She strives to make the home buying or selling process a positive and enjoyable experience. She believes that communication is paramount in real estate transactions, and she is proactive in her approach to create the best outcome for her clients.

Bio

Colette grew up in Houston, and then moved to Austin in 1992 to attend the University of Texas. She enjoyed living in Austin so much that after graduating from UT she decided to make it her permanent home. During her 20 years in Austin she has learned the unique attributes of the city�s diverse neighborhoods, and has witnessed tremendous growth in the area. She also spent one year living abroad in Belgium, and another year living in Guatemala, where she learned to speak Spanish fluently. She currently resides in northwest Austin with her wonderful husband.

Since obtaining her Real Estate License in 2005, and later her Broker�s License in 2008, Colette has found her true passion in Real Estate! She enjoys helping people with all of their Real Estate needs, whether they are first time homebuyers, relocating to the Austin area, purchasing investment properties, or looking to sell their current home and purchase another that better suits their changing needs.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Colette has many years of experience in remodeling houses.  She also worked for a new home builder for 4 years, and knows the local new home market well.

Real Estate education is important to Colette. She is a graduate of the 2011 Texas REALTORS Leadership Academy, and has 900+ education hours, including coursework to obtain her Broker�s License.

In her free time, Colette enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, listening to live music, and cooking healthy meals. She tries to stay active and has completed one marathon and two triathlons. She enjoys experiencing the abundant natural beauty and fun activities that Central Texas has to offer.
