To provide superior service and value to consumers in every aspect of their real estate experience. Christina's mission is to simply integrate her expertise with clients needs and goals.

Christina, an Austin native, was raised and still lives in Southwest Austin. Her extensive knowledge of Austin and the surrounding areas lends a level of competency that serves her client’s needs. Christina’s approach to real estate is a relaxed and very informative approach. In addition to this approach, she combines her education and skills to get the most for her clients. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert ® which means she understands the importance of negotiation when presenting an offer and negotiating a transaction. Clients trust her with one of their biggest investments and appreciate the time, attention, and essential knowledge required for a smooth selling or buying process.

Experience
Christina’s initial background included working in the high-tech industry, but quickly discovered her passion in sales and helping others. She easily transitioned to an exciting career in beauty supply sales for OPI Products and expanded beauty school curriculums through out the state of Texas. Always interested in real estate, she became licensed in 2004 and started with her family brokerage that has over 30 years in the business. Her extensive knowledge of Central Texas real estate and eagerness to exceed her customer’s expectations has enabled Christina to become a highly successful agent.
She has been a full time Realtor since 2004 and is in the top 12% of agents in Austin.

Christina is dedicated to serving her community. She is the Partner's in Education liaison for Baranoff Elementary. She helps merge the business needs in the community with the schools fundraising goals.

Personal
Her husband (also an Austin native), two children, 2 yorkies, and a cat, all fill Christina’s spare time when not at work. She maintains a healthy work / life balance by volunteering at the Elementary school, frequent travels to the Texas coast, spending time with friends, and exercising at the Hike and Bike or Lifetime Fitness.
