Chris was fabulous.
I was wrapping up one job, travelling, and starting another job (in another city) while I was selling my house. Chris stepped up and took care of anything that needed doing and went way beyond what I would have expected or have previously experienced with realtors. Because of market conditions, the house took longer to sell than either of us had anticipated, but Chris continued to market it aggressively until he found a strong buyer. In the negotiations, I felt like Chris was truly my advocate, rather than just trying to close the deal so that he could get his commission and move on. I would (and already have) highly recommend Chris. Any realtor who sells a house for me in the future has a new level of expectations to meet.
