Chad has been a licensed Realtor since 2002.  In his first full year as a full time Realtor, Chad earned several awards including; Four Million Dollar Club and Most Improved Agent...and he has not looked back since. Recently named one of Texas Monthly Magazine's Five Star Agents (June 2011) for top rated customer service, Chad continues to focus on quality first.

Chad spent several years with two of Austin's largest local builders where he was the Top Producing Sales Consultant in the company.  With over 155 homes sold and closed in 2007 alone, he has become one of the most knowledgeable New Home Consultants in the Austin area.

Chad has been a local in Austin for over 30 years, where he attended K-12 at the nationally recognized Eanes (Westlake) ISD. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing which he received from Southwest Texas State University.

We can’t say enough about our experience with Chad selling our house. We received a near full-price offer within 4 days of it being on the market, after our house (which was a tough sell) sat on the market for 6 months the year before with no offers at all. Chad was consistently polite, professional, knowledgeable, returned phone calls promptly, and worked tirelessly to make our deal work. I have bought & sold many homes prior to our last move. There were several things that made Chad Proctor stand out as a Realtor that I would refer my friends to and use again myself:

1. In the beginning, before we officially signed on with Chad, he would always tell us the truth about what our house was worth and what he thought would be the best selling price for it even when it didn't match what we wanted to hear (and he was right).

2. He very quickly got a good sense of what we wanted in our new home and tried to find it for us. He never seemed to tire taking us to places that we wanted to check out.

3. When offers came in on our home - he was an incredible negotiator.

4. He stayed with both deals (buying & selling) to the end. He made sure that everything went through as we wanted.

5. He kept us informed when any issue came up.

When I first decided to sell my house on Hutchinson, I assumed I would use the same agent who represented me when I bought the house. But I could not ignore the fact that Chad Proctor was the only agent moving anything in my development, and I was impressed with the way he marketed himself on the web. Chad was a great Realtor. He was relational, available, efficient, and effective. I enjoyed working with him when we built my house and went back to him to sell my house. His Communication during the process was excellent. Chad always responded to any question or request in a timely fashion with the information I needed.
