Cati Hall - Bio

Cati began her real estate career in 2005 before graduating from college. It was in college at the University of Texas at Austin that Cati recognized the opportunities real estate offers young business women and used it as a vehicle to serve her community. Since then, Cati has had the opportunity to assist over 100 happy buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions.

Having spent the majority of her youth in Austin, Cati is well-versed in the Austin real estate market. She knows which neighborhoods are up-and-coming and is very acute to changes in the growing market’s demand and sales. Whether it’s a buyer’s market, neutral market or bull market, Cati’s hands-on approach and excellent negotiating skills ensure a smooth, successful sale and prove to her clients that they are her #1 priority.

When thinking about buying real estate, Cati’s motto is, “You’re never too young to buy and never too old to start.” Her motto’s success is evident in her clients’ personal financial successes, especially if they started a real estate portfolio early on in life. When Cati is not working, she can be found on Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail running with her lovable Labrador, appropriately named Austin. As a former competitive swimmer, she still enjoys competing in local road running races. In 2008 at the start of the recession I found myself with an extra house on my hands and 6 months of a lackluster agent with no ideas on how to sell it.
