After spending 10 years in the investment management business and dabbling in real estate on the side I made the move to a full-time career in real estate. My prior experience has made the transition a good one.” My experience working with clients on major transactions and often the largest financial decisions of their lives reminds me to keep the big picture in mind when helping clients find a new home or make a good investment in real estate. I have also had the opportunity to learn first-hand to carefully review and negotiate contracts and to evaluate and explain the risks and returns associated with a large investment.
Outside of work Carl can often be found running the trails around Lady Bird Lake, enjoying the many events and venues in Austin or keeping cool boating on Lake Austin.
