To exceed her clients’ expectations of a REALTOR® while creating lifelong relationships with her clients.  Brandi provides top notch customer service to all of her clients.  She always puts a client’s interest and needs as her top priority, and works closely with her clients to ensure their goals and needs in real estate are met.  Brandi uses her years of experience as a REALTOR® to make her clients’ real estate transaction smooth, exciting, and memorable.

Brandi’s initial experience was in the high tech world, where she worked at a startup company as an Intranet Developer and Office Manager.  She realized her true passions were in real estate and in helping people.  She became a licensed REALTOR® over eight years ago, so she could join her two passions together to make the perfect career.  Brandi comes from a long line of real estate investors, so real estate has been at the heart of her for a lifetime.  She is a full-time REALTOR® and uses her years of experience on a daily basis to assist her clients in accomplishing their real estate goals and dreams.

I am so blessed to have been able to work with Brandi. I never could have gotten through the home buying experience with all my wits intact if it hadn’t been for her. Michael was transferred to the Austin area with his job. We were living in the Atlanta, GA area trying to research and find a house in the Austin area. Still not sure how we got in contact with Brandi, but it was the best thing that could have happened for us. We really relied on her understanding of our wants and needs and expertise and understanding of the market and area. The market is very different than in Atlanta. Inventory was lower and it was more of a seller's market. It was looking like we would have to consider renting. We were worried about how this would affect our working relationship with Brandi as this was not what we had originally asked her to do. But she transitioned without a word and put the same effort into helping us locate a rental property. We found the rental market was just as limited and houses meeting our needs were renting in a matter of hours. Brandi pressed forward looking for rentals but also notifying us of available houses for purchase. It was Michael's last trip before the move. We had about 3 weeks to get something lined up - - rent or purchase. He found a foreclosure in the neighborhood we liked, went and saw it with Brandi and put an offer on it. I had only seen the house online so it was quite an adventure. Brandi walked us through the ins and outs of the foreclosure process as it was new to us. It took some negotiation but the offer was accepted. Then the fun really started. The verbally accepted offer included a April 4 close date. The owner bank changed it to April 18 when they executed the contract. Based on our move schedule, we had to close by or close to the 4th. Brandi was instrumental in getting all the parties - listing agent, title company, lender, HOA - everyone - on board for a April 4 close. She followed up with them daily to see where things stood and identify issues that could block the 4th close date. Largely because of her persistence and dedication, we were able to close on April 4th and move in April 5th - - on schedule, as planned. I really don't think we could have done it without Brandi. She was a valued professional resource and a true pleasure to work with.
