Bio

Bill is a native Texan and is an Austin residential specialist by choice that focuses on specific submarkets of the Greater Austin area that include Southwest Austin, Westlake, Lakeway, Downtown Residential Condominiums/University West Campus and Central Austin.

Bill is a veteran business owner, entrepreneur and real estate investor who converted his passion for business, customer service and real estate into a professional real estate career. Bill has received numerous business awards, recognition as a top producer for residential real estate in Austin and is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Realtor® in addition to holding designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Stephen F. Austin State University and is currently an M.B.A. candidate in International Management.

Bill's enthusiasm for engaging people and cultures from all walks of life led him early in his professional career to work and travel internationally. He has held positions in international project management for several worldwide hospitality brands. He additionally has directed the sales and marketing efforts of such companies for both domestic and international markets. As an entrepreneur, Bill was the principle in several businesses; most notably in the corporate event and hospitality industry servicing Fortune 500 clients for events on scale such as the Olympic Games and the NFL’s Superbowl.

In addition to his luxury residential experience; Bill has both listed and purchased over 200, “Short Sale Properties”, REO and HUD foreclosure properties. He gained this experience working for HUD as a listing agent where he was responsible for marketing these properties to the general public for sale and assisting buyer’s agents with the auction & bidding process to dispense HUD foreclosure properties in the Central Texas Austin region.

Community Involvement

Bill has held both membership and leadership roles in both professional associations and business organizations such as Rotary International and TEC International. He is currently involved in the Austin Independent School Districts Volunteerism program supporting his daughters’ school programs the Gorzyski Middle School Orchestra and the Bowie High School Basketball Program. Bill also serves on his neighborhoods HOA Board of Directors in Southwest Austin and he and his family volunteer for and promote Hospice Austin, which provides family-centered, quality end of life care that emphasizes compassion, independence, respect and dignity. Hospice Austin has many patients whose financial situation has become precarious due to their illness and who now have a hard time providing for themselves or their families.
