When Jan and I relocated to Austin in 2007, we started our search online. We spoke with several agents as we made several trips to Austin and met with several agents, but hands down Bill was the most knowledgeable and capable broker that we met with, I cannot imagine having made the move without his contacts, guidance and expertise.
After interviewing several realtors we listed with Bill Trotta because he presented information to us about how homes sold in our neighborhood that other realtors had never mentioned. He did a great job for us and even asked for feedback after closing!
Bill was professional, on time and knowledgeable. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. I have since recommended him to my friends.
My husband Jack was still working out of state and only able to be here twice during our home search before we actually closed. Bill not only negotiated a great deal for us, but actually made sure the repairs were completed and utilities were on for us. He even went so far as to meet inspectors and repairmen at the home when I was unable to. I highly recommend him; he is a true professional and has his client’s best interest at heart.
Bill, thank you your advice and patience. I have never worked with a more professional residential agent in my life. I love your saying ‘feedback is the breakfast of champions’… I am going to use that with my clients!
I had just fired our last listing agent and Bill suggested some changes in marketing and presentation of the home and what a difference. He called me with showing agent feedback and returned my calls promptly. The house sold within the month!
I recommend Bill without reserve, to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Austin.
I was looking for an investment property that needed little work, would appreciate, and would cash flow with 20% down, not the 30% every other agent said that you needed. Bill found it for me. Great job!
When I put my home in southwest Austin on the market, I ignored Bill’s suggestions on doing some minor fix ups. I just didn’t want to do anything. After awhile, I finally took his advice on some inexpensive updates and furniture re-arrangement and my home went under contract within a week. He even scheduled my movers for me.
