Amy Warnick-Sparks - Bio

Amy Sparks has called Austin home for over 20 years. She was raised in North Austin,  moved central, then downtown, only to now live in her favorite area of them all, South Austin. She has been creating success in this business for 4 years and now currently resides as an urban residential specialist with Realty Austin. She comes from a family of homebuilders and loves to share her knowledge of urban housing with her clients. Her father, Phil Warnick, lead Centex Homes for over 20 years. With him behind her and her love for this town’s unique framework she soon became a real estate agent. Amy, a licensed Realtor with CNE designation, GRI certification and GREEN Designation, strives for great success in this competitive business!  

Amy has worked competitively on numerous condominium properties with exclusive listing agency.  At her previous brokerages she helped lead sales at numerous new and condo conversion properties.  She successfully sold out the Cardinal in South Austin by the first half of 2010.  This type of job includes strong, consistent marketing, steady on-site exposure and development, and creative sales techniques.  She is familiar with HOAs, financing, condo conversion, contract to close, Condominium Information Statements, leasing, and future marketing strategies.
