Allison Allen - Bio

Allison has lived in Austin for 15 years.  Her varied professional background and active community and personal life have provided the perfect foundation for serving her clients’ real estate interests since 2009.

Allison’s coaching and consulting work with organizations, entrepreneurs and business owners over the years has helped her develop keen listening, questioning and mediating skills which are key to successfully navigating a real estate transaction.  It’s not surprising that she has earned her Certified Negotiation Expert designation which she fully employs to get the best possible deals for her clients. 

She combines a high degree of professionalism and business sense with good, old-fashioned matchmaking genes and some creative thinking.  The fact she is a bit of a ‘snoop’ and usually follows her curiosity means she has a flair for occasionally ferreting out hidden or ‘unobvious’ possibilities for her clients.  Likewise, she can often find a creative way to make a difficult deal work.

She continually educates herself with new knowledge and information about Austin’s real estate market so she can serve her clients better.  She is happy to share what she knows so they can become more savvy real estate consumers.

Allison has very high personal standards of integrity which she applies to her clients’ interests as well.  She fully appreciates that for most people, buying or selling a home is one of the most important personal and financial decisions they will ever make.  She takes that very seriously and her clients have a high degree of trust that their best interests are foremost in her mind at all times.

Areas:

For most of her Austin life, Allison has lived in Central Austin:  Hyde Park, Travis Heights and Rosedale.  The central city is her area of specialty.  But she’s also lived and worked in north and northwest Austin, and knows other parts of the city very well.  In addition, she works with investors in locating properties to meet their investing goals.

Education:

In addition to a B.A. in Business Administration from Austin College, Allison holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University.  She also holds a Certified Negotiation Expert designation.

Community Involvement:

Allison has been a member of the Rotary Club of Austin since 2004 leading and serving on various committees.  She’s a graduate of Leadership Austin and has been volunteered in a number of organizations over the years.
