A Texas State graduate with a major in Urban & Regional Planning and a minor in Business Administration, Aaron acquired real estate comprehension as well as marketing and finance. Teaching new agents at Keller Williams Realty was also added to his résumé in early 2008. In 2009 Aaron joined the Keller Williams Realty Education Committee, further sharpening his skills in the changing real estate market. After we got married, we contracted with Aaron to sell our two homes and help us find a new home. On the sale side, Aaron provided selling checklists to help us make our homes easier to sell, worked with us on setting a realistic listing price, helped us find contractors to make minor repairs and touch-ups, provided prompt feedback after showings and advised us with the negotiation process with the buyers. On the buy side Aaron suggested listings that met our criteria, showed us homes we were interested in, advised us on negotiating with the seller, helped us understand the inspection reports and assisted us in locating contractors to make repairs and update the house we purchased.

Aaron found us after the listing on my husband' house expired with another agent. He left the most compelling messages on our answering machine and his friendly persistence persuaded us that he might be the kind of agent who could help us sell two homes and buy a new one. We had received what seemed like hundreds of messages from other agents looking to re-list our home, but most of them sounded robotic and scripted. After getting a "this is the last message I will leave you" on our voicemail we decided to call Aaron back. We invited him to our home to make a proposal and we signed up with him a few days later. We were happy we did. Aaron knows what it takes to sell a house. He helped us set listing prices for both of our older homes and provided helpful hints to make them ready to show. Some of what we had to do was hard work, but I believe he asked us to do it with the right intentions and after they sold, it was worth all the effort. It became more fun when we started to look at homes to buy. While we thought we knew what we wanted at the start, what we really wanted evolved over weeks of looking at different homes. Aaron was very patient and always willing to take us out to see home after home. Aaron provided a custom website that populated with homes that met our criteria. We would scour the lists and then pick 4 or 5 to see each day. Aaron made recommendations too, based on what he knew we wanted. We probably looked at 40 or more homes before we found a few that we would consider making offers on. Aaron gave us guidance but allowed us to decide on the actual offers which he delivered to the selling agents. In the end we ended up with the perfect house for us at a price that was fair. I think we also made a new friend through the process. We have already recommended Aaron Nann to other colleagues and friends looking to buy or sell and we will certainly use him again!
